Id say if its that crappy on the current look it can only be a good thing if it still put thaat much down
Too bad.You can see the 700mb dry slot setting up on the radar, but snow picking up ahead of it as the dynamics are kicking up to full gear, should pick up further as it moves east and start to slow a bit View attachment 166413
It and the hrrr are the best short term models we have. Use at your own risk. How much do we trust the NAM right now? @Myfrotho704_ just posted the NAM 3pm vs actual radar depiction: They are worlds apart.
Our dews are still around 10 here in Athens (right under that 1.3 in GA). I'm having a hard time believing we're going to see anything here, the air is so, so dry.I'm thinking the RAP looks like a pretty good call for the western areas.
Thats 10/1 Too.... so .7" wold be roughly .07" QPF .... My lord , 25 Miles and Coast is gonna get a footI'm thinking the RAP looks like a pretty good call for the western areas.
Not here yet
Get all of the I-85 corridor from the Upstate through Charlotte and the Triad and Triangle to the magical inch mark, you will be doing some great work! It could happen. I do think at least a dusting is probable. The north & west trend isn’t over yet. As usual for an overrunning event it keeps going all the way to game time
I'll take whatever the RAP is smoking, I'd be shocked to see much more than a few flurries here.I'm thinking the RAP looks like a pretty good call for the western areas.
Well it better start snowing soon over here, Pack. I’m anxiousI'm thinking the RAP looks like a pretty good call for the western areas.
