Got a couple inches of snow and sleet. Been sleeting at a steady rate this morning. A light glaze underneath it all from the bit of freezing rain early on. So far so good.

Agree it hasn't stopped..we got 2" of sleet and zr on the deck and it's steady coming down from these bands from Atl. Trees are glistening and sagging...do not like where we're headed...a good gust is gonna do damage

19/16 in southern Chapel Hill right now; the tiniest bit of pixie dust flying around but hardly visible. We got mostly just sleet/pixie dust overnight (thank god!!), and I don’t even see a glaze on the tree branches here yet. Hoping we keep mostly sleet as the day progresses.

I was just noticing the whiteness on the trees from the pixie dust. Wouldn’t get that from sleet or ZR!

So, I didn't really believe it initially when I saw it on @Mitch West page but based on what I was looking through on social media, it definitely snowed in the southside of Aiken, SC, and they may well have gotten dang near an inch just guessing off what I'm looking at.

Only a few degrees away from major issues in CHS. We have a very low fog right now. If it was 3 or 4 degrees cooler you'd have freezing fog and that causes a huge mess on the roads.

they are reporting 1"of radial ice accumulation in Rolling Fork MS. Same town that was almost obliterated by a violent tornado a few years ago.

A few miles northwest of 85 in Spartanburg. Just got in from sledding with my girls. Very fine pixie dust, sleet combo. No ice on trees so far.
