Tropical Hurricane Nate

^New advisory has 5 mb lower SLP (999 vs 1004) and it has moved much more n than w (.from 13.3N, 83,3W to 13.9N, 83.4W). Is movement more NNW now?
If NNW movement continues and stays over water longer could it get bit stronger than forecast? plus maybe adjust east a little?

to me, it looks pretty pathetic right now.

Considering that he is interacting with land and that he is still only a minimal TS, I honestly don't think he looks "patheitic". Compared to how he was supposed to look now, I don't think he's lagging much, if any, again considering the land.

Nam east and bit stronger

Out to hr 12 and the 12z GFS is already further NE (and stronger) with Nate than it was at 6z.

Lunch almost over but looks like it's going to be a hot mess with right tilted storm and not much on the west side of the COC

Edit will say it is little stronger vs prior runs

Is it me or does this system is taking a Ida-like track right now?

Ok, 12z Nam/Gfs comes in bit stronger today. Now on to the Euro.

12Z GEFS members almost unanimous for LA hit Sat night with no members real strong. Thus it is implying TS hit most likely.

Interesting that GFS was stronger but continued west with track... Slower trough?
