RightI keep seeing “nuisance” being thrown around. Some of you clearly haven’t seen how inconvenient 0.25” of ZR can be.
Brother was this taken on a Motorola RAZR
Seems to me that its because its the highest forecasted amounts for our region. Why is NE GA under a Ice storm warning while everybody else is still just under a winter storm watch
So they are forecasted more ice than like us here in upstate??Seems to me that its because its the highest forecasted amounts for our region.
More ZR than that of the upstate, they are more IP. Look at the NWS current forecast and compare. So they are forecasted more ice than like us here in upstate??
Ok yeah that makes sense I knew we was likely seeing more Sleet I just figured Ne GA would be less ice than usMore ZR than that of the upstate, they are more IP. Look at the NWS current forecast and compare.
A rather "peculiar" look.bruh. what is this
Been a long time coming. We going back to back. Been ahead of the public on this but I’m not sure that makes me feel any better. The prepping goes onView attachment 187962
Confidence but i struggle to understand how they didn't add gwinnett, barrow, walton, clarke, oglethorpe, oconee, and greene counties. These areas always get it hard and models certainly do so again. It will go past that but certainly the highest confidence should include those. Why is NE GA under a Ice storm warning while everybody else is still just under a winter storm watch
Queston: why does this Allan Huffman guy has ATL with sleet and than .25 to .40 ice. I thought ATL was all ZR.
Gotta be careful with the edges of a call map when it isn’t the main coverage area for that metQueston: why does this Allan Huffman guy has ATL with sleet and than .25 to .40 ice. I thought ATL was all ZR.

I think I have reached the now-casting phase. The models are just all over the place with the 2m temps and QPF. Watch the radar returns and current OBS to the west along with your current location
