Enhanced risk was expanded further east across Alabama. Hatched tornado risk is also now only confined to the southern parts of the risk area, but the general 10% tornado risk was expanded further east across Alabama as well.

Honestly, I think it might bust as a whole because for much or AL & GA. We have been socked in with cloud cover all day long. No sun to destabilize the atmosphere. Also, although the wedge will break over ATL and points Northeast, the atmosphere is very stable and it might take along time to destabilize here. Let's pray this thing real bust big time over all of MS and points east!

HRRR has a nasty line forming along/east of the 95 corridor. If this happens it will easily mix down those 70-80mph winds that are just above the surface.

The gradient winds are howling out ahead of this. I have actually risen a couple of degrees since sunset from 65 to 68.

Big swath of power outages right where that storm moved through, 3-4k is what they said. Don’t have the map
Limestone and Lawrence counties are a minefield right now. Several areas could spin up a tornado in seconds.

Lots of tornado warnings in NE AL and S TN.
Wasn’t too bad in Irondale east of Birmingham. Definitely some 40-50mph gusts if I had to guess and the power flickered. Took the family down to the basement to be safe

I dont know they other met at ABC3340, but he said he is saying a sign of the storms weakening. Finger crossed for ATL!
