Just got my power back, been off since 10:00AM. Ended up with .24 of ice and it is now raining pretty steady with a temp of 32.8 and a DP of 32.8, saturation
So who's jealous it didn't ice for them?

I saw an official report from Reidsville of 1” on the news this morning. It looked a little suspect.Looks like an additional glaze occurred in many of the hardest hit areas from this storm overnight, seeing more totals of 0.4"+ in Caswell & Person Counties

Roxboro, LOL.Here's a preliminary map of ice accumulations in NC from this storm. Just saw a met post that a third of inch of ice had accrued in Henderson w/ melting occurring as I was fixing to post it.

Dropped my kids off at my dads. Hes by the airport and has power. Was driving on 150 from kville to Gso and the area west of Oak Ridge looks like that scene from Band Of Brothers with fighting in the woods of Foy.
Pines and Cedars snapped in half where ever you look.
