Yeah, NoSnowATL did well as he figured I'd pay a high premium for his house knowing that his snow climo is 10 times mine!
That's not something you get out of easily. If that's what were in to start Jan we can just punt thr whole month. Only leaves Feb and well, we know how that'll go if the last few years are any indicator.
