Yep... I did find the one (maybe 2) eps members with something around the 1st but didn't post maps because overall it wasn't pretty. Lol

Got that Jan 2007 look. I imagine this is probably because the EPS is still in phase 6.

It's just late to the party. It's got a YUGE -CPO, along with a +SER/-supersouthwest -NAO complex, linking up with a big -SWR/ArcticVortBlock (+AVB). Great stage setter!

Sitting at my desk staring at my screen wishing I was doing something else. I am going to probably look around in the new year. I am definitely open to something else. I wish we could start a local weather channel and make money at it. We would crush that.

Yep that is true. I worked at a place for 20 years, doing software sales for most of that time. Managed or co-managed the sales team for about 10 years. I pretty much had to take a project manager job that I'm at now. I don't like the work, and the team is not very friendly. The girl that sits beside of me hates me, I think.

I did. Realized in the first week. I stuck around for a year, but mostly to lessen the black mark jumping ship that quickly would leave on my resume.

Pretty much every new job I have ever taken. The first few months suck... takes me about 6-9 months to find a groove. Only changed job 3 times in the 20 years I have been working.

Yeah that's my thing, how bad does it look if I start looking? If a company sells me a job then isn't giving me the freedoms promised I personally think its fine for me to look even at day 30. If I lied on my resume they would ---- can me in 30 days
