We’ve had some decent HP’s drop down but it seems they sit and rot in the Midwest before getting crapped out

Instead of assuming February will be crap just because the last few have been, Id suggest looking at it from an odds standpoint. Every consecutive year that February is warm makes it that much less likely that the following February will be. I’d say chances are good that February will be at least normal this season. I’m not saying it can’t be warm but the odds are stacking up against it since the last few have been so above normal. Weather is filled with averages which means ups and downs of temps, rain and of course snow. Obviously the same can be said of snow if you haven’t had much in the last few years.
