Charlotte averages only 4 inches per year, I wouldnt have thought Greenville averages more. Interesting. Maybe I'm wrong on CLT averages, but that's what I've seen.
I know Charlotte's 30 year average is about 3.7 inches according to Brad P's graphics. All time is 5.6 inches. Not sure if the GSP 4.7 inches is all time or the last 30 years. Both seem to be very similar to me over the years.
kinda like Chattanooga... 30 year avg is 3.9... since records kept in the 1870s, around 5.6. And I think those are annual avgs, and not the winter season avg.

I don't even believe the GFS anymore when it shows big ice storms...every week, it has a new icestorm here...I'm over it.

When you go out 330+ hours to find another apps rubber, that’s a sad pattern, no matter how you spin it! And it will verify, unlike the 9-10 day snowstorms! Don’t know why I expected any different!? Yes the pattern is different than last year, and we may hit “avg” temps for December as a whole, but it still ain’t snowing, and craptastic pattern!
Lol! The 00z EPS didn’t have a drop of snow imby. I don’t think that’s happened since early November

I don’t see how December temps are average here by the end of the month. They may be within a few degrees, but certainly not average or below.

Looking over the eps and was really trying to find something positive, other than the cool down next week and maybe the fact that most of the warmth is transient (I'm trying) there really isn't much to get excited about.
