Yeah, it's incredible that it's still 19 at 10am at the WFO in Charleston.

Side note: i set out a 6 pack of Mountain Dew bottles for some ice cold ones to see how quick it chills

Maybe models, for ex the NAM is way to aggressive with the low level dry air, it has been the last day ever since the Arctic air moved in, I really see a shot of someone outside the mountains seeing flurries, and maybe a coating. The dynamics associated with the northern stream energy is pretty good, and Convective in nature 32EEB6EC-4F98-422C-B2D6-94618DE914F4.gif
 
Hit 5 here this morning, Got to wonder if this will be the coldest we see this winter with as unprecedented this cold air was. I for one hope it’s the coldest, heat pump hasn’t shut off since Thursday night when front came through. Needs to warm up and snow lol
