Already, down to 10 at my location. NWS has me going down to 8 tonight. Will be interesting to see if we get lower. Either way it’s been a while since we’ve been this cold.

12 degrees WC at 0. I was thinking we could bottom out at 5 but I’m not so sure. Winds have really settled down.

Haha yeah as much as we want Winter weather, i think that would be too much on a consistent basis.
That’s a shame, mid and upper levels look great, but the low levels are dry as ----. Basically what every other model shows

Down to 11 degrees with a wind chill of 1 in NE Forsyth Cty (Ga.). Lost power around 8:30 a.m. for about two hours. Thankful for all the crews throughout the eastern part of the country working in this mess to restore power.
And echoing the sentiments expressed by many: As much as winter weather excites me, there is no way I could do this on a regular basis. Temps and wind chills like this once a decade is enough, honestly. I'm ready for 90 degrees and baseball/beach weather.
