Same here.. Lasted maybe 5 or 10 minutes and got nothing else the rest of the night even though we had more returns on radar. To add insult to it the athens area eastward had the warmest temps of everywhere..rose to 35 at one point.
I sure hope we can get one this winter where we don't have to stare at every radar update praying for a miracle or watching every agonizing tenth of degree temp change.

My forecast tonight is for 27, already down to 28. High dews, but I would be surprised if I have already bottomed out. May be one of those nights when dews drop slowly as temps drop.

Just to bookend this event. A very impressive cold snap here. Over 3 days below 32 and 51 hrs below 20. 12hrs below 0.
It snowed 1-2 inches which has lasted an impressive 6 days even on roads in shade spots.
While not the foot of snow I would have liked this was quite the winter event for Christmas!

Got to get the severe storms in January first to bring the big snowstorms now. Everyone knows that.
