Well my oldest got hit with quarantine today. Not surprising since football was over Friday night and our numbers are high. 15 positives with well over 200 hundred in quarantine now. Today's mass quarantine pretty much got all of the freshman boys that were left after last weeks mass quarantines. The freshman boys basketball team was supposed to begin games the week but there is not one left standing due to positive tests and quarantine

No conspiracy about the vaccine. But I'm sure that all the "good news" just randomly came out today. Just a big coincidence. Really happy that we'll get to watch the virus turn into not a big deal and that we'll start to see really effective treatments for it and that we may have a really effective vaccine soon and that we will probably avoid more lockdowns. I'm sincerely really happy about that. I've said all along that I thought things would get much better after the election was over. I'm feeling good that we're on the right track for that to happen. I guess we can believe it's all just a big coincidence if we want to. I probably just got lucky with my call.

I probably will. My guess is us normies will not get it until millions have already. Should have enough data by then to determine it is relatively safe or not.

I’ll probably be forced to given that I do construction healthcare and they hunt me down if I avoid the flu shot or TB test.
 
I have never taken a flu shot but If it gets as bad as it looks like it might, not sure we will have an acceptable choice.

If everyone got the vaccine it would be a cure...viruses need hosts to live. Eliminate the host....reckon if folks had that mentality about smallpox we’d still be slogging through it.

Nope. That’s not how that works. It doesn’t help symptoms. It decreases your chance of catching it by up to 90 percent (based on recent efficacy reports). That’s not a reduction in symptoms, that’s not getting the disease. You get enough people that don’ get the disease and the disease has no where to live.....
