I mean in normal times like 5-10% of people in Tokyo wear a mask (probably closer to 5%, if that). It’s not that common. You see it enough to find it curious, but it’s not exactly normal.

I guess Republicans conspiracy theorists were right. Covid truly did end with the election. Funny thing is that a lot of the same people that were super judgmental about people going out are the same people partying over Biden’s win. So hypocritical.

This is the kind of stuff that made me disillusioned during/after the BLM protests this summer, and I think that’s honestly when I started going out more after isolating initially. You can’t have it both ways, it’s like some people think Covid takes political stances and can’t harm them if it’s a righteous cause.

Nor should it ever be normal bar abnormal circumstances , when did we turn into a nation of hypochondriacs ? Toughen up for gods sake ! Wearing masks in normal times ?
 
Stock futures soar as Pfizer and BioNtech say Covid vaccine trials 90% effective. And hundreds of scientists and academics urge UK officials to stop overplaying the Coronavirus and that the second wave is being largely misrepresented. What a shock that things are looking up and the virus seems to be being overhyped juuuust after the US election "results" are announced. It's a miracle, I tell ya, a miracle!!

I love how everyone just shouts conspiracy about a covid vaccine being close to completion post- election as if there wasn't already half a year+'s work put in by numerous companies to deal with it. If the science was in fact capable of developing it that fast you should all be happy it was accomplished by these companies, rather than shouting it's a political conspiracy that was aimed at removing the president. You're also acting like the extreme pressure and resistance was doing nothing. Those overseas protests? Yeah EU leaders typically just cave in to save their chances at re-election. On top of that, what do scientists who have constantly flipped on what to try to combat covid have to do with the US elections directly?

No conspiracy about the vaccine. But I'm sure that all the "good news" just randomly came out today. Just a big coincidence. Really happy that we'll get to watch the virus turn into not a big deal and that we'll start to see really effective treatments for it and that we may have a really effective vaccine soon and that we will probably avoid more lockdowns. I'm sincerely really happy about that. I've said all along that I thought things would get much better after the election was over. I'm feeling good that we're on the right track for that to happen. I guess we can believe it's all just a big coincidence if we want to. I probably just got lucky with my call.
 
On CNN MSNBC, guess what you dont see today. Covid 19 ticker screen shot. Magic post Nov 3. Here we are. Told you guys the ISSUE of the virus would dissapear,diminish. Unreal, so predictable. Got the mail in ballott, shade/covering for a political candidate and hokus/pokus here we are.
Make no mistake when we look back 3 years down the road if the courts dont do their job,this vaccine today will be termed the Biden vaccine by MSM. After trashing potus, WH corono team etc. Look at what was spearheaded over the past 8 months and accomplished by removing regs and red tape.
 
"Winter is coming" is a modern euphemism for, "It's about to get real bad" and it is. Not sure who "they" were but very few educated people actually believed warm weather would mitigate virus spread. It was already spreading in warm climates by then.
