Very surprised it hasn’t melted or burst in flames. It’s like walking on lava.Plastic grass getting a little hot and needing a a cool down?

Guaranteed rain now.Going to say it now. The big headline this month for most of us will be drought. Nothing here now for nearly 2 weeks and not looking for anything soon.
Plenty for a lot of people today, but I'm going to be in the dry slot between the 2 big rain areas. Models show it very well. The slot may end up less than 20 miles wide, but I'll be in it.Guaranteed rain now.
This little storm is pretty cool to watch on radar. Looks like it is splitting now and there is a bit of a hail spike in the southern storm indicating some solid hail.Got a nice little low top supercell looking storm in northeast Alabama.View attachment 45921
My wife said we had a little hail with that storm this morning. This little storm is pretty cool to watch on radar. Looks like it is splitting now and there is a bit of a hail spike in the southern storm indicating some solid hail.View attachment 45926

The frontIs all of the rain in metro Atlanta associated with Isaias ?
Anomalous Upper level trough bringing in cooler mid levels + strong shear in the mid to upper levels (6-8km) enlarging mid level and upper level hodos is really aiding in a large hail threat, this should persist for another day or 2 into WNC/upstate of SC and GA, although shear should start backing off a bit along with the cooler temps aloftHad to do some important things today so haven’t been able to follow things thus far, but I had a big storm over my area and saw that we were under a warning for up to golf ball sized hail. (not that we had any hail) I did get some solid rain though.
