Pattern April Thread

Freeze 4 weeks later than normal again ? Wow . That’s a solid 30 days of our growing season poof. Giving us a growing season equivalent to the average in a place like western pa or Michigan or something . We never get late first freezes on the other hand . Can count on us radiating down every year

It was late last year.

Yes I very much remember . Was big news . Latest freeze in decades and all that . Hope we get by , I got faith . We got by last night . Besides models don’t account for the increase in sun angle by late April ?

Nice cool down on the euro late in the game .. hopefully we will stay away from any harsh freeze for agricultural purposes. Averages are increasing though so I would expect some modification in time to something comfortable for maybe everyone.

Told y’all it was windy today! 52 and highest in the state! Winning!5488569D-D633-4461-8AC8-1A1B26953E1A.png

It actually got down to 32 at the airport just just a few miles from my house and ice on the windshield this morning, so obviously some pockets of freezing temps.
Looked very brief at RR though and bounced up from it so never stuck there thankfully . Man these 6 months of heat and humidity are kicking my ass

Why are there never any days without wind gusts to near 20 mph anymore?
I was just talking about this yesterday with my wife, I mean you kind of always expect March winds but it's well in to April now and still windy day after windy day. And on every weekend, comes with the CAA I guess
