We were pulling out of the Sheetz in Kernersville about 6:15ish tonight and noticed it started hailing with no rain.

That’s stuff you hear about in the southern plains. I don’t know that I’ve ever seen hail to begin a storm.
I have seen that one time in my life and it ended up being a hail storm I will never forget.

Was definitely a bust (in the excitement sense) around here, but also good because of limited/no property damage. May have gotten .25in of rain total. Light winds, one 30mph gust.
