Well, don't know what tommorow will hold for MS/AL. Seems like out west things are overproducing, that may be the brunt of the system, depending on how broken the QCLS is and how much the discreet convection is realized. I gotta hit the sack, waking up early at 2am. Because my work is making us get done early because of inclement weather. Will get a good look over the HRRR early tomorrow morning.

Just a peak at model accuracy, models were off 24 hours ago up to 2000j less than what's been realized this afternoon across Texas. let's hope moisture is not off as much tommorow afternoon for Mississippi and Alabama... Just food for thought models have not handled moisture well until almost right up to go time. Mesoanalysis and monitoring tommorow will be big.

If y'all know someone who lives in or near College Station, now is the time to tell them to be paying attention to the weather and have a place to take shelter. That southernmost tornado warned storm is on a beeline for that area.
Getting hail now
Just to clarify, it was just a few pea to dime sized hail stones mixed in with the rain. Lasted no more than a minute.
Meanwhile, in textbook "Spring in Texas" fashion, there's currently a blizzard ongoing in the Panhandle.

That is just astounding. Drone tech has changed the game. That video should be played on every station to show what even a weak tornado can do to a mobile home.

Close call for the train, wonder if they stopped due to the warning etc.....looks like it missed them barely....
