Still heavy sleet with token flakes mixed in. I'll take it after the winter we've had. Ironically we are moving back to Massachusetts in 2 weeks so this makes the weather transition easier.
Been in a lull for a while that looks to continue except few scattered pockets of moisture all of the good moisture is slipping by to my south. Winter Storm Dustin is pretty much over here! 31.9/30

Most of the PWS stations are me are around 33 already.
Full on wintry mix here. Porch is white. Roofs white. Enough to make sleet balls!

33/30 pretty steady light snow.
Almost all snow at the moment. Getting a few of those bigger snowflakes mixing in. As I said before, all I wanted to see is snow fall from the sky. So this is a win to me.

does anyone live in Greensboro/Triad area? am traveling from Greenville SC to Greensboro later this morning - I am sure the main roads will be passable but it all depends on temps/rates

In an unexpected twist, starting to see more snow falling. Honestly thought we'd get shut out of anything this morning so pleasant surprise.
All winter, too far north, too far south and too far east, I think I was even too far west once ?

There’s even a decent amount of slush on the deck and patio. Pretty incredible.

Switched to 100% snow for 20 minutes, now mostly sleet again
All snow now, falling lightly.
Snow is really coming down good now.
Yeah, it's really pretty. The ground (..grass, mulch) is starting to turn white.

Switched over to rain and some sleet, that was fun while it lasted.
The aftermath of winter storm Dustin. Black ice warning for all the dogs out there for slippery deck conditions. Hazards include slipping uncontrollably when excited.

Got a light coating of sleet and a decent burst of snow at the end. Probably transitioning to rain now with the heavier band. Would of been the first winter season of my life not seeing snow so I'm happy to avoid that.
You guys can keep it. I want the epic fail winter Charlotte shut out. My snow weenie has gone limp.

I've switched over to mostly sleet. But I did end up with some accumulation. More than I could have hoped for (after this winter).
