Cat 5
 
Its a small system so the core of the cat 5 winds is pretty small, maybe 10-15 miles across right in the eyewall, 65knt winds are only 45ish across.. Unfortunately it sure looks like its going to be right into Acapulco with the core.

There is also elevation rise right on the coast so there the winds several hundred feet up will impact land....
