Observations 2023 Obs Thread

GFS says boring warm weather until Halloween or so depending on how far South/East you live.
 
Slow moving front going to allow for some really warm days on East coast. 84 at IAD yesterday.

Lots of free time as no need to model watch. Thats my obs after 1 week of met winter in the rear view mirror. Looking hour 360+ for pattern change.
 
38.8F here, winds have shifted from SE to NE and driven the dewpoint down to 38.0F. Rain is heavy and steady, and hopefully CAD keeps the severe south.

overnight low temp was 61. Ridiculous, has to be a record. Soupy/muggy air I experience in May/early June on January 23rd
