Misc 2021 Spring/Summer Whamby Thread

Been making it a point to do things I’ve never done before and put myself out there . Tonight’s mission …. Imma perform a spoken word I wrote . Never did anything like it before but imma throw myself out there . Sometimes you just got to do that .

I hope this includes “Nickelodeon Lick”. Would love to see @Lickwx relegated to only whamby since he adds nothing except to bully people. I will say, he’s entertaining, but not a good reflection of what new posters may want.

I mean he brings whamby to a high school level. Which I’m cool with. Sorta funny sometimes, but gets old.

Bullies tend to bully others that were themselves bullied at a young age. Hope you escaped that locker okay Lick ?

I’m sorry what ? Playful banter in the proper thread isn’t bullying . You complain about bullying as you insinuate I’m in a closet ( bullying me so to speak) quit playing mod. Your in no position to say anything as you willingly engage in lots of the banter

You are most certainly a bully. You and frotho bully me all the time.
 
A joke my uncle sent me

Friends please put on a mask. It saves lives. Yesterday a friend of mine went out with his girlfriend and on the way passed by his wife and she did not recognize him. The mask really saved his life
 
So a little housekeeping this morning. Going forward please refrain from any posts relating to sexual orientation. This should be pretty obvious but based on some post yesterday I wanted to give everyone a reminder. The first offense after this post will be a 24 hour ban if the behavior continues it'll then be a 30 day ban and if after that it continues you will no longer be a member here.

Additionally as winter approaches moderation will tighten up in the main weather thread. Obviously we generally relax the rules during the slow months but we wanted to get this reminder out there before things pick up. New for 2021 will be weenie/troll tags. If you receive them you will be relegated to the whamby thread for 7 days but you will continue to wear the tag through the remainder of the season. If you have any questions regarding what is/is not allowed please feel free to PM me or reply here.

We have the whamby thread and ignore features for a reason so please use them appropriately.

Reminds me of how mods at American did things, and some did it just because they didn't like certain posters.

I second that , relegating a repeat offender to whamby is okish but tags ? That’s absurd . Doesn’t matter though , this forum will only be good as long as mods remain fair and posters aren’t too crazy . I mean it’s funny but it does just sound like something that could be abused .

Which it was at the other place. And this is starting to creep into that teritory.
