Snowing in Alabama but raining in North Carolina ? How is that possible ? It’s snowing in Alabama at the same latitude as Charleston how is that possible ?

Yeah in moderate to severe drought, they are forecasting 1-2 inches of rain and hoist a flood watch.... guess that's how they roll in the desert.
