Yessir, it’s back to wintertime moderation, the ice hammer
 
[mention]Lickwx [/mention] finally my guts feel somewhat normal today after the colonoscopy on Wednesday. It feels like five days after doing TABATA in CrossFit.

Yeah didn't want to and don't really like to. I skimmed back over the last couple of days and said yikes that's a lot of mess. So I figured I'd get ahead of it and make sure that we are all posting in the right place.

Hopefully this works and we don't have to go to the next steps

I thought good leaders were in the rear with the gear? That’s how it was in my career. They were in OPS with coffee and pastry while we were cold, wet, tired, and hungry.

Does anyone know the overall pattern in the winter of 84-85? That was a brutal cold snap during the winter. It was like old man winter's last stand before he died. Haven't achieved that since. There had to be some serious ridging toward the poles in order to dislodge that kind of cold.
 
I feel like I’m being squeezed ! From bad news on my health to all these dang medical bills to the nail in my tire today ( thank god it didn’t pop on the highway ), to the crazy homeless dude that had me late at work waiting on the dang cops to come take care of it all. Gosh darn it .

blessed to be alive though! We fighting! could be worse .
