This is my first time ever in the DFW area but I think Dallas may get slightly more humid than Ft Worth in the summer. But i don't think either town is as humid as the southeast.

I have found a lot of the people in Texas to be quite hospitable. Some of the kindest people I've come across. Their driving is another story though. The economy also seems to be doing quite well. Since Ive been here Friday ive had 2 job offers and another interview tomorrow.

After an A+ winter we are having an A++ spring. Cool wet with some beautiful cool mornings with solid comfortable afternoons.

Got a great deal on two filet mignon. Can you tell my girlfriend and I love asparagus? Medium rare.

Eh at least off that picture that cut seems red enough to where I'd think medium. But I wouldn't know without knowing the time it was cooked and the timing for when a steak is rare, medium rare, medium, etc.

You need to move to north Texas for all that. Snow and storms. I bet they got storms now without even looking.
I had to look this up since I notice it as well. Apparently it's not too common and luckily doesn't last too long lol.

Weird fact. Only certain people will smell asparagus pee. Not everyone can smell it.
I'm in the CAN SMELL it category. Smells like a big boiled egg fart. ?

We’ve learned enough bout the country Wilkes
Alexander County is worse. Taylorsville is a joke. Other than the brushy MTN is Shares with Wilkes it would be nothing. Apple farm and Walmart.
Cabarrus county/concord > Wilkes

Ive never been to Wilkes County, but it truly sounds like a great place to live. I bet the scenery is pretty as well.

welp Looks like I’m going to legit chase on Friday if the setup pans out, got the things I need and my car fixed, hopefully setup can do something and not vaporize, but this looks to be my first ever legit storm chase if it does indeed happen
