But I agree on the Creatine before! Pre-Jym is good for a preworkout in the fact that is has 2 grams of Creatine in it.

If you use a lot of Creatine working out, once a year get your blood work. Excess creatine converts to creatinine in the body and long term use can cause renal issues up to and including kidney failure.
 
MEGA KUDOS to the state of Georgia. Recount by hand.

I wish Nevada,Arizona,Wisconsin,Michigan,PA would follow Georgia lead. Recount by hand every ballot with observers in eye sight from both campaigns and reject the illegal ballots during the process. Then we can put this election to bed and restore the faith in our election process regardless of who comes out on top. Complete transparency. 2 weeks this would be over. Beleive Dec 10th is when an official winner is certified/declared. To the dismay of the media (fox,twitter,facebook,Google) .

I actually could see all those states doing so, yet probably disappointing many when they are done. I imagine that they will find fraud(more than likely it will all be called glitches) however it will not be enough to change the election. They may “find” enough to flip GA and secure Perdue’s seat to throw the GOP voters a bone though. In the end I believe they will find enough things that just need to be fixed, but probably end up pacifying most of the center.
