Wow, 10-20” across Mecklenburg county and 0-2” across Wake. Look at the Greenville, NC snow hole. This map below doesn't do it justice, the gradient was so much tighter than this between Raleigh & Asheboro-Greensboro. Siler City in western Chatham county only observed 0.7" in 1941-42, while Asheboro just halfway into the neighboring county (Randolph) had nearly 15", these cities are about 20 miles apart. Wtf.

Before I go ZZZzzzz, FS, if it's named, you get the honor of posting it as the lead in the 2019 Tropical Edition of our Wiki ... hell, I can't even keep it current there with the one-day fantasy (IMBY) snow threads ...As if the NAM 3km couldn't get worse with making tropical cyclones. This is a new.

You can never delete the past, only learn and grow from it, whether good or bad ...I sometimes wish that I can delete the 7th-8th grade period from my life.

It’ll make its own cold air!
It’s funneling in sub freezing 850s from a high pressure over Oklahoma the frame before this. It’s a textbook setup. Couldn’t draw it up any better. smdhIt’ll make its own cold air!

Looks like ATL has 10”.
I'm sure we will get a March 1993 repeat this winter. It's all fine, dandy if I do must say!
Anyone excited about what the Euro may have in store?
If we get those CAD setups through the spring though I doubt it. That's all we have been receiving the last several years. Pretty much prevents severe weather from N GA to most of NC.Time to stop tracking winter storms and start tracking the first 80s of spring

In all seriousness maybe we can have an active severe season this year. The past few springs in NC have literally had no interesting weather to speak of.
Last year after winter I basically didn’t look at weather until hurricane season haha

We are going to give it a run Thursday and maybe friday depending on the timing of any rain and clouds.Time to stop tracking winter storms and start tracking the first 80s of spring

Not bad at all. I broke par for the first time last year (twice!) and I was down to a 3 handicap. I was always a mid/low 80’s guy but my game really took off the last 2 years. I have a 20 month old now so I haven’t had time to play lately.12. I had it down to 10 but I switched clubs last July and still getting use to them.
