I have a long way to go to get to 10 years, that’s awesome, I’m only at about 2 weeks. Headaches are the only withdrawal side effects I’m getting right now.

Going Cold turkey, I have tons of mints and gum I’m going through. I know there’s nicotine mints and gums but I didn’t like how they made my stomach feel. I’ve been told one I get to 1 month it gets easier. I try not to think about how many days. It’s just mind games right now.

I experienced a 6.1 earthquake in Mexico City years ago, scary stuff - I can't imagine being in the middle of a 7.0 quake. Here's some video:

Most big news/weather sources won't mention anything till it's 2-5 days away. Also, for anyone that look at forecasts on weather apps, keep in mind most of those are computer generated.

I went with the patch, the first patch was better than smoking, the 2nd patch l wanted to light up again. So l ask my wife one weekend to take the boys and go to her Mothers for the weekend while l went through hell trying to stop smoking. It worked but it took me a full year ( from Jan. 19, 1996- Jan 1997). l told my wife if you see me smoke again l have a sickness that there is no cure. You will feel better after a few years and you won't want to smoke again. GOOD LUCK!!!

I just got home from work almost an hour ago so I'm late to seeing this but that 12z GFS run tho. Snow to crippling ice here, me don't like that. Thank goodness it's 7+ days away so it doesn't matter at this point.

Why do folks post maps that run in reverse? It's so easy on TT to start a GIF on day 6 and run it to day 11, going forward, rather than trying to drive looking through the rear view mirror ...

Will be 10 years for me on 5/31/19. I went cold turkey. The first month is rough but you’ll make it!!
