I have some friends at NCSU who told me there were some flurries around 11:50 pm last night. This checks out
We got an alert around 8PM but I was too busy to fact check it

The storm is slightly overperforming around Iowa, 1-1.5" amounts in the Des Moines area. So good sign.
Also the radar presentation is consistently more robust than what the models keep showing. @Mitch West mentioned this in his video that I just watched but I feel like this may be an overperformer down here too.

The 12z NAM initialized with a smaller footprint of snow over MO while the radar truth shows a much bigger swath over IL. I hope this isn't a bad sign lol

The 3K Nam decides to give the entire CLT metro area from west to east several hours of light snow. It even has some flurries heading towards Florence, SC/Horry County at 12z tomorrow

3K NAM at about like 2-3am I think? This is the the band at it's heaviest
