* AT 233 PM EST, A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED 8 MILES WEST OF CLINTON, MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 MPH. A SECOND THUNDERSTORM, APPROXIMATELY 10 MILES TO THE
NORTH, IS ALSO CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO.

IMPACT...FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT SHELTER. MOBILE HOMES WILL BE DAMAGED OR DESTROYED. DAMAGE TO ROOFS, WINDOWS, AND VEHICLES WILL OCCUR. TREE DAMAGE IS LIKELY.
