I can remember a snow storm in Fayetteville when I was younger where the Weather Channel current weather update kept repeating "Snow totals up to one inch in your area" and we were sitting at almost 10 inches. Fun times.

Since *technically* this is the machine learning thread, is it okay for you to explain (and perhaps in private messages if it actually doesn't apply here) what a/the ZARR is?
