Let's not lose hope. GFS is still a huge snow for many. Also remember we are dealing with an extremely strong high pressure.

CMC is ass lol, and it does get very phase happy around this range. The GFS looks more like the ECM ( which we expected anyways) but the CMC is rather extreme with things on the warm end. I doubt.

The CMC looked worse at 12z as well, it actually went colder this run

Also, how concerning is the sleet to freezing rain crew here… for instance, if you get 2 inches of sleet, then 0.5 inch of ice… do those totals combine for ice totals/impact? Will sleet get trapped under the freezing rain creating higher accum on trees/Powerlines?
