Aaaaanddd here it is. This comes up every year but it doesn't make any sense. If you want snow you have to have the cold. Sure, it probably won't snow for most of us, but to even have a chance you have to have cold. If it is warm, IT WILL NEVER SNOW. It's kinda like saying, "if it's not going to rain I would rather it be sunny." Guess what; if its sunny... it will never rain. Gotta have the clouds to get a chance. Saying you don't want the cold without snow is really saying you don't even want a chance for snow.Exactly how I feel. Cold enough to snow without snow is useless. I'd rather have warm and sunny if it isn't going to snow.
