I gotta say this...
What's happening is PA is legitimately concerning. In essence, the Dems (Casey) are trying to steal a seat from the GOP (McCormick) that's already been called by multiple outlets because it's mathematically impossible for Casey to carch up based on the number of remaining legal ballots outstanding.
Yet, a Bucks County Commissioner (Bucks County is one county where there are still a significant number of ballots outstanding) has gone on record to more or less admit they are willing to violate the ruling of PA's Supreme Court and count remaining provisional ballots already deemed illegal. They're doing so hoping any legal reprecussions will be delayed long enough to put Casey in the lead (once the ballots are "counted," they can't be "uncounted").
Meanwhile, the GOP has filed 4 lawsuits against this (so far) and of course the governor of PA could put a hard stop to this at any time, but we know why they won't.
The fate of this particular seat could be especially problematic for the GOP, because if the Dems somehow manage to reduce their Senate majority lead back down to 52, it will effectively mean RINOs Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski become kingmakers (or rather queenmakers) in the legislature, making it that much harder for Trump to achieve his agenda.
McCormick's lead had already narrowed to just 20K yesterday after more ballot drops out of Bucks County.
