I mean can enough be said about these Javelins and NLAW systems, they certainly seem to be allowing the Ukrainians to hold their own and offset the Russian armor advantage. The moral and determination displayed here is bad bad bad news for the Russians these guys are winning and they know it...not sure exactly what they said but it was along the lines of "come get some"

They are easy to carry and use, fire and forget top down attacking weakest armor....does not take long to learn to use one.

Also the swagger this guy has tells you a lot about how things are going for Russia.....he is causally walking up to a destroyed Russian column during a on going fight with zero ----- to give.....ready to kill another piece of armor.

That is something I’ve noticed as well. Are we seeing the end of armored warfare? With unmanned drones providing location and easy to use anti tank weapons, the tank is almost obsolete.

No one believes this. We've heard for weeks that talks would prevail. Russia is going to demand the same things

I don’t believe it either. They are either delaying or giving false hope or something to that extent. I should have put that on my post.

When you look at it the Russians really seem to think they were just going to ride up the existing road systems against little resistance and ride right into the major Ukrainian cities.....there is no real air support, not real signs of arty or rocket support coordinated with the attacks of their columns.....they failed to secure their supply chain, the fact that Ukrainian civilians are riding and filming along side Russian columns or able to take video of destroyed Russian equipment with no signs of Russians shows that there is no real logistics setup.....they simply did not plan on this taking 3-4 days.....and now the Ukrainians have anti tank kill teams all over the their rear areas killing any resupplies. Its a fuster cluck for the Russians and they are going to end up out of fuel and ammo and having to give up and hand over top line Russian equipment to Ukraine....

It’s seems from media coverage that Putin’s Plan A is not going well. Seems he wanted to cause the least amount of damage as possible and hope to meet little resistance.

I am trying to look at it from all angles and remained balanced sifting through information. We gotta remember we aren’t even 72 hours into this thing. I think it is telling that most POWs seem to be young conscripts and like you said little to no support. It like he wanted to send his worst personnel and equipment in and see if that was enough to do the job. Putin has much more left in the tank unfortunately and it appears he’s willing to use it. I don’t think we really know how much damage the Ukrainian side has suffered as I haven’t seen much reporting on that. As I have said in my previous post, it is hard to know what is really going on. I hope Ukraine can hold out. It’s just hard to trust the information coming out real time whether it’s pro Ukraine or pro Russia. Each side has motivation to put out news in their favor.

Im rooting for Ukraine. BUT im not a fan of sending 6 Billion Dollars in rescue aid. Mainly because of 4 current poloticians who have had a kid on a Ukranian energy board of directors. Not to mention Ukraine made a 10 million $ donation to another polotician. Not naming names, not point of my statement. Tired of seeing working America tax dollars and good will buttering crooked polotician families through back door channels. Both sides folks R and D.

George Carlin was a great comedian but he was also telling the truth when he said this country has long been bought and paid for. It's all ran by people in an elite club and we ain't in it!

Yeah, at this point it seems to me that Putin thought Ukraine might roll over and give up, believing too much of his own propaganda, as dictators are prone to do. So Russia sent in second rate forces for their initial assaults. That doesn’t seem to be working as well as he expected, so now Russia may be about to send in the big boys and stop caring as much about civilian casualties, so this could get very bad. We’ll see.

I thought they’d try to go shock and awe, but that’s hardly been the case.
 
To be honest, Russia’s first mistake was thinking they could just walk in there is win, but the second is much more dangerous for the Russians which is not cutting off the Polish border. As long as that border remains open, weapons will just keep pouring in and likely increasing in number.

While I would love to say the west is just wanting to help Ukraine, I’m sure the they would also love to bleed Russia out as much as possible.

China continues to be ignored. They have many ways to bring us down. They are embedded deep in our economy and everyday life and that's not a good thing
 
I keep waiting for Putin to go hard after the airfield. He has to be able to resupply and flying it in is the only avenue that will cut it at this point. If he doesnt have Spetsnaz forces within Kiev and actively taking these airfields he isn't serious about what he is doing here.....
