It’s getting very bad apparently . Maybe I should start going there more, could be an opportunity to take down people much much stronger than me while I’m sober and they are too shitfaced to stand on their own feet .

Walmart has really stepped up their game. My nephew who is 21 just started working there and they hired him at $17/hr.

If you live in a state with a low cost of living $17 could at least let you live fairly comfortably.
 
In todays world 23 per hour will have you in a place but threading the needle, 30 will have you living decently but having to worry about how you spend after payments, and 38 is when you finally feel freedom with likely no issues, that’s for a average place

The minimum , bare minimum income required to afford renting a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment in Raleigh is 60,000 dollars now . 60 frickin k for a tiny shoebox . I ain’t making this up either it was on wral. I’d be living in damn public housing if my dad was any younger or started off much later . Shoot all I know is I’m screwed . Thanks to all the losers who made this be the case .

Believe it or Not there are places where you can rent a decent house for $1200 or less. And apartments as well.

I guess, I really don’t have the time to worry about everyone else. They help me so I like them plus they put food on my table and my employees.
