Pattern May-hem

That's a nice cluster of storms north and northeast of Greensboro. They may hold together and make it into the Triangle.

Yep the outflow from the Franklin county storm might rob us. Speaking of that storm it's trying to rotate

Yeah, looks like it's a big one, and just got the kids to bed. My daughter is scared to death of storms.

Haven't seen any yet I was talking about the 50-60 on radar. The bow is pointed right at my house

The most impressive thing about the winds on radar is that they are at 1000ft. Not going to take a lot to translate that to the surface

depiction of the watch see the associated watch outline update
(WOUS64 KWNS WOU1).

Not at home right now (actually in Atlanta) but I heard 95 predicted for back home while I was on the road. Early in the afternoon I could just feel the sweat slowly form on me in the few moments I was standing outside.

It's back at 0Z... Maybe something to watch? CMC, only the worst tropical model has something around 180 hours as well. No access to good euro maps, but there I can tell by the free maps there is some circulation in the Atlantic, though weak, at 240.

Another severe threat, another ENE damming/ wedge event! Awesome! Then no rain for 7+ days! El Niño FTW ! :(

A friend traveling from Cullman to Birmingham just confirmed pea sized hail and very gusty winds on I-65 near Morris. That is about 10 miles north of downtown B'ham.

Last 3 days of highs here: 92, 95, 96

*Corrected*
