Misc Stock Market

I am one of those who sat on CPE for a LONG time and dumped it last week

But, I got in on OAS at .90 today with 1800 shares and that joker closed at $1.25 today! I am not going to lie, I took it on the chin Tuesday-Thursday with my Pharmaceutical stocks, but today was gangbusters. My portfolio consists of LK, CETX, and OAS and I can't wait until monday.

I will tell y'all this, ever since I got into the stock market, I look forward to the weekend being over and getting back to the week. I literally dread not getting to check my stocks on the weekend, but I am hoping its just because it is still new to me. I started on 3/27 and have really enjoyed a new hobby.

I am hoping I can upgrade from chasing snow in Maggie Valley and Gatlinburg and upgrade to Jackson Hole.

Poor fella. I try to follow my dad's advice in the market, by which he has done steady profitable income and growth type investments for the long haul and never be blinded by a greedy opportunity. I only play in the hundreds of dollars with these high risk/high reward plays. I listen to get ideas from folks here and on a few other sites to see how chatter is going in one direction or another. I find out a little bit behind the company, and I go with my gut to see if a few of these will turn into 1000's% gainers. If I make a bad decision, I'm only out a few hundred dollars, but I don't buy to day trade. Listen to what guys like you and Jimmy talk about and see if it makes sense to roll the dice for more than a quick 100% gain.

So I took a MASSIVE gamble on a penny stock and I literally almost sold it two weeks ago . I will never take that type of risk again investing 20k in a penny stock . But it’s been running the last two weeks and it paid off big time . Up over 100k . Penny stocks are boom or bust

When you selling?

Well, the day came. CPE is 2.07 pre market...I need to find the nearest bridge. It actually spiked to to 2.30 this morning ???????paging @Nerman

Yeah BA is crushing it. So is F. And XOM, VLO, and VAL. I sold my VAL this morning for a $1600ish gain. I thought I still had a few shares of CPE left, but I didn't. It was VAL that I still had. Anyway, market is feeling a little toppy pretty soon to me. May lighten up a bit soon and wait for a pullback and jump back in some of those.

I bought CCLP @ .37 3-4 weeks ago and sold the next week at .44...it’s over 1.50 this morning. Kill me

There are only 13 stocks today that are greater than 10% in the red. That’s incredible. It’s amazing I’m not holding one of them..

BXRX up 15% this morning. 15% looks good when that’s where 90% of your portfolio is allocated ?

Hertz was trading under a $1 for a week and now over $5. Someone made a killing...7-8x there money in a week or so.

Anyone buy Hertz? Why can't I be smart and buy stuff like this.

An attractive OIL ETF. I was to chicken a few weeks ago and now that I am playing Monday morning QB...

It was at 1600 in early January. A lot of the names thrown around here are in this ETF...CPE/APA/CXO.

I'm guessing that GUSH reverse split and I found that it did.

But yeah, you, me, and everyone should have hopped in on oil last week. Imagine buying not just a 1000, but 10000 shares at even .73 with CPE for example. At 2.4 you would have gained $16,700... Oh well haha. There's a reason why it's not easy to guess things like that.

The people trading Hertz are insane lmao. They still have massive headwinds, but there's like a 5-10% chance that someone helps them, and it's skyrocketed due to that.

I have no clue how you even value such a new company. I haven't seen an IPO take off like this before. Not that I'm complaining!
Closing in on $100..this is unreal. A lot of it ya to do with the CEO Trevor Milton..very transparent and competent and is on the airwaves a lot

Yeah, the CEO sounds impressive when you read his interviews. They have an investor meeting setup for Wednesday. Always makes me nervous as you never know what they are going to say.

Congrats on the run today haha. It was crazy. I think it was a combo of NKLA being made available in EU for the first time and a firm throwing in millions of dollars.

I'm thinking of speculating on BurgerFi's SPAC, but I will likely think too slow again.
