I went off of past experience for my choices, last time I ate food from Waffle House it was terrible. Maybe it was a crappy Waffle House I ate from idk. Samething with Bojangles, first and only time eating anything from there it was awful. Never bothered trying it again.

Went to bojangles the other day, got the 2 for 5$ Cajun fillet, both sucked and seem like the biscuits and chicken fillets, had been there for hours! They are really slipping. Hardee’s breakfast better than bojangles, all day, everyday!

Bojangle’s’s Cajun filets have really gone downhill, I’ll grant you that. I defy you to find a better gravy biscuit, though! Or better fries, when they’re hot.

I’m a firm believer in Bojangles but they have lost consistency as they expanded. Me and Mack have a place called Carolina Fine Foods and many years ago it was in a smaller building. They built a bigger building and, while it is still a great meat and three, it’s nothing like it once was.

When Hardee’s loads that gravy up with extra sausage they are undefeated. Best gravy biscuit in the country when they deliver on the sausage!
 
I could make the argument that Chick Fil A is at the top of everyone’s list because of their consistency. However I do remember 10 or so years ago their chicken sandwiches became fatty. They fixed the problem and a #1 combo is the same today as it was the first time we tried it.

Yeah we got a Bojangles a couple years back and they have been inconsistent each time I've gone. When they make it all fresh it's great, but there are times of the day that it just doesn't taste fresh. They are quite good, but as mentioned, Chik-fil-a is most consistent. I never have had an issue with quality there unlike the other places that quality differs each time by location.

Wow you have hardee's that low? Chipotle after all their food safety scares and given the fact they never came out with queso til recently (& when they did it was a flop) I can't see them being much better than disgusting or poor. Bojangles being average definitely gonna cause some problems with me lol. Other than that don't have much issue with this list.

When I used to eat seafood I remember those places not being that good to me anyway.

I have some serious problems with you putting Bojangles into the poor category. At least most of us agree that Chick Fila is amazing.
How have you not eaten Zaxby's yet? That's like a fast food staple of the Atlanta area.
 
I think Chick Fil A moreso is an Atlanta staple (Zaxby's started in Middle Georgia). I remember early during that 2 year stretch I actually attended a university that was in Rome that we had a "field trip" to their headquarters. Because my memory sucks I don't remember a whole lot, but I do remember hearing about some good things while I was there about the founder and seeing how the Dwarf House looked.

Also went to Winshape Camp in Rome. Good stuff there. My most significant memory from there is banging my legs to the point of bruises when I tried to climb that wall there. But during that whole day we had some fun activities.

Zaxby's is my thing mainly because I love chicken wings, specifically mild chicken wings.

I also don't eat fast food a whole lot either.
 
I still miss Quizno's and their steak sandwiches at times. I haven't been there in ages because they've shut down a lot of their places.

I've put up with Captain D's at times for my parents but the last time I was there to me it became obvious to me that their non-fish options sucked.

Maybe after the Braves game I'll do that thing with the places I've been.

The Hardee's / Carls Jr's that I've been to are poorly run. I can never seem to get fresh, hot food from them. In fact, I walked into one of the locations here in Newnan (there are 2) and noticed the workers were preparing food with no gloves. I walked right back out. Bleh!

Bojangles is better, but still inconsistent (as someone said earlier) and I'm simply not a fan of the way they bread their chicken. I much prefer the crunchy skin that Popeye's chicken has.

I can't complain about Chipotle. They give huge portions, their stores are clean and they have decent service. That said, I'm not a huge fan of Mexican food in general (it doesn't agree with me).

For one, there's not a lot of Zaxby's in close proximity to where I live like there are millions of McDonalds, KFCs, Chick Fil A's, etc. I already explained about Bojangles, it's only based on my first and only experience with their food. It was a sausage biscuit sandwich and it sucked, sorry. Maybe their other food items are a lot better idk, but first impressions can make or break. Plus I don't eat a lot of fast food like I used to when I was a kid. I'll eat fast food once or twice a month or every other month.

EDIT: I would be willing to give Bojangles a second chance if someone can recommend the one, single item from their menu is a sure hit when I eat it.
