For me, it was not enough to clear any gutter or green any grass. Radar estimates can also be thrown out of the window. You can look on the radar and see yellow over my house, yet not a drop falls from it. Forecasters over estimate rainfall, as well as the radar itself. Somewhere close, some farmer is thankful for the abundance, while the majority of us get minimal rain in a very favorable situation that underproduced.
