Wintry Winter Final Grade

I give it a C. Central NC got 3 inches of snow from an early December storm. From then on out, nothing. But its hard not to love a pre-Christmas accumulating snowfall. For that reason alone, it gets a C.

Now the hype, clown maps, anemic value of the models have made this one frustrating.
