There are some bad eggs, but it is 10000% worth checking out Morgan Wallen’s new album. Sand in my boots, more surprised than me, and cover me up as well as the Chris Stapleton feature are all brilliant

Listen to all the glory that is Rollins Band. This was my walk out music when I defended the AFLMMA Light Heavyweight Championship at 205 pounds. I seriously bulked up for those fights. I walk around at 170 and had to make at least 186.1. I weighed in on fight morning at 192 pounds. Won by first round arm-triangle choke after holding him in side control after an immediate double leg at the opening bell. Beat on his ears until they were swollen and looked like they were about to pop. He gave up his back, transitioned to back mount and continued to work on the ears and upper jaw with punches. Had my hooks in good and deep and rolled to my back with a body lock. He tried to escape out the back door, but I managed to shut it down and transition to full mount. Dropped a few elbows and he covered up. That have me the opening to snake my left arm behind his head and then get my head up under his left armpit to press that against his carotid artery. From there it was pop off mount and move my body from parallel to perpendicular while clutching my right bicep with my left hand, pushing my head into the armpit which made his arm got straight up and occlude that artery while my left arm snaked around his neck and head collapsed that artery. Leaned in, went up on my toes and increased pressure while continually walking on my tip toes towards the top of his head. Fight was over in less than 40 seconds. From the time I got the hold locked in it was about 8 seconds before all blood flow to the brain was shut off and he went to sleep. Afterwards I felt bad because he was a boxer/Muay Thai specialist and had very little ground game. It was his first fight in MMA and not kickboxing and they matched him up against a four stripe purple belt who got his brown in the ring after the win. He really was overmatched once we hit the ground. He had no takedown defense or any type of knowledge of ground fighting. At that point I was 42 and had wrestled since 8 and done Jiu Jitsu for 12 years, Judo for 7, Japanese Jujutsu for two, and Sambo for about 7 years as well. All of those are ground fighting styles. He was ready. Last minute replacement for me as the guy who was supposed to fight me came in 10 pounds overweight.

Not really weird music but I do like listening to Tim Minchin comedy songs. They hit some serious topics

For a wrestler, Jericho's pretty good here (much better than Elias):
