NC is likely to be hit from Olga.
IF it develops, it will not "hit" NC.... in all likelihood it would be a very weak system at best with tons of beneficial rains for the SE. Please use some restraint in post, this place is very educational at times and I honestly think you could learn so much more if you would read more and try to understand before posting.

Gonna get absorbed by a front sometime in the next 12-24 hours. But it did look impressive earlier today and it's going to help combine for help in the rain department.
 
That Lake was built in the wrong place ... it only gets (typically) 30 to 35% of the runoff ... the rest goes east ...
