Thread ordering is weird

Used to be that threads with the latest reply would show at the top. That appears to be broken. April 2024 Discussion had a reply yesterday yet its below stuff with replies older than that.

How do we fix the sort order? I don't see where to do this in the interface.

Sort order will only work below all the pinned threads if you are "viewing all"

Sorry I just clicked the General Weather subform like I always have. I don't see any option to "view all"

I checked and the filter is set to display posts by "Last message", Descending. But you can see right below that this is not working correctly:

Seems correct. There's just more pinned threads now that we should probably start unpinning.
