If you have a dire cancer diagnosis, you’re gonna end up in Durham, Chapel Hill, Winston Salem or Charlotte.

Well yeah not everyone is going to live in these areas and these services aren’t going to be everywhere. All I’m saying is id prefer low tax rural living over high taxes in city limits somewhere. I have low county taxes and am a 20 min drive to Charlotte. Good compromise to me.
