Garrett County averages over 100 inches of snow in parts during the Winter. It seems like they have a WSW like twice a week. NW Highland County in Virginia is looking at 4-6 on the map. Beautiful but expensive places to live if you're a snow lover.

It's snowing again tonight in Illinois. It looks like we get some more tomorrow afternoon as well. Only like 1/2 inch or so though.
They still have plenty of snow cover in Virginia's higher elevations as well as evidenced by this webcam. They also have a WWA for 2-5 additional inches tomorrow pm to midnight.

Had another half inch of snow last night. Up to 20 inches for the season. 33.6 rn. Another half inch or so predicted today but a high of 36.

Hightown Virginia got 7.5 inches of snow last night to put it over 2 feet now for the Winter. Elevation about 4200'.

US 33 WB at Pendleton/Randolph County line in WV. Love looking at these. Those guys get so much snow so often its not even funny. 6-7 inches last night. 3295' elevation.

Time to see if AccuWeather is worth anything again lol but dang that's a cold stretch showing up. Like we can quote me later but I refuse to believe we won't have an interesting stretch eventually

EPS giving me some hopium near the end of next week. Hopefully, the SE Canada vortex doesn't dig in and shear this too much, can't afford that to happen again like it did in Nov.

Yeah you would think eventually we would get a winter event like that even down here

I still think something like this will happen this Winter. Should make a lot of people happy. I'm already at 20 inches. I don't need much more than that.
