This is shaping up to be a repeat of last winter. SE Ridge makes its presence on model runs in the medium and long range only to be muted closer to verification due to the -NAO over top.
Greenland block isn’t a cold supplier, it’s a average temp supplier and a suppressor to a storm track
Yup. If the flow originates in the Pacific, you get a nice suppressed modified Pacific air mass. No hot temps though, so that's good.

That’s the problem
You are not gonna get sustained cold(or warmth) as long as the pattern remains very progressive. This is why long range ensembles are mostly garbage.

I think everybody is waiting for the 0z model packages to see if it brings better hopes into the 240 hour window than some models were showing earlier today.

0Z GFS significantly colder across entire SE for mid next week
Sheesh the icon continues cold highs and cold lows for late November standards 
You ain’t kiddin. Sheesh. NW flow spots in the mtns are the only cloudy skies in the SE in this frame. Very impressive if it were to verify
