Well the to be fair the only reason there's new found love for tracking rain is because some us have had so little. I still haven't hit 22" for the year yet, way below normal still. Hopefully I pick up an inch or 2, not buying the 4" jackpot yet that's for sure
Only 23 for the year here even with the big July and 30 for the last rolling 12 months. Friday looks good but it can fail unfortunately

We are okay for now on rain for short term relief. Lots of dead trees around though. It's been a bad drought down here. I guess I had just gotten use to the Sahara desert heat we had the first half of the summer. With these crazy dewpoints we have right now it makes me miss 98/63 instead of 93/81

Right at 20" for the year - the rain totals have been bumped downward (no surprise there) for this event. I do see a line forming at GSP and about to cross JHS farm - maybe he will set the tone for us and get 3".
