Yea, told crew we gonna have to play Saturday now. But like you, I'm always skeptical any post day Cad warmup. If it happens , its usually damp cold most of the day before partial sun breaking out 2pm. dark , 3 hours latter. No bueno
i think ol metwannabe probably stands the best chance of clinging to CAD, but like we both said, erosion is always a little trickier than one would expect, especially when you don't have a silver bullet/slam dunk obvious erosion method. i would toss it into the "keep an eye on it" category at the moment, not a ton to make me believe it won't erode quickly enough to get the foothills back to at least the mid-upper 60s.

Good thing I braved the pre Christmas mall crowds and bought some extra pants yesterday with how cold it looks late month 🥶
Wow, 2 days ago you were talking to me as if I was being ignorant of the long-range weather models ...... and to suggest it would turn cold in the east was pure fantasy on my part. I remember you saying, "whatever helps you cope". Now, you have done a complete 180. Simply amazing ....

I’m sorry about that, nope you destroyed me on this one, I will happily admit that.

Right now it's interpolation using the central latitude and longitude of each county and open meteo data. Im going to have to really dig into the data to get RTMA or ASOS when I tried before it fought me hard.
I have a bookmark that might help you somewhere. Give me a bit

I’m not gonna be used to this. We haven’t had a high below 75F in 5 days in New Mexico 🥵
My stepson and his family are in Albuquerque spending Christmas with his wife's family this year. It looks they won't see any snow for Christmas along with the rest of us stuck in North Carolina.
